WHAT DOES PRODIGNA DO?

ProDigna is primarily a training company. We prepare employees and entrepreneurs with the communications skills that they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced business environment. Beyond sharing knowledge, ProDigna endeavours to share our belief in the power of the human spirit and the will to make a difference. Our students finish our courses motivated, encouraged and empowered.

PRODIGNA’S MISSION

PRODIGNA’S MISSION

ProDigna’s mission is to empower individuals with the skills that allow them to improve their quality of life through professional success. We believe that well-rooted human dignity is planted in personal discovery and professional achievement, but grows and flowers when exposed to laughter, curiosity and fun.

PRODIGNA’S VALUES

PRODIGNA’S VALUES

Our values are the foundation for everything that we do to promote personal dignity.

  • Remember the strangeness of things… ask how it works, what makes this person tick, why do we do this? Curiosity keeps all of us endlessly learning and playing.
  • The world is a comical place and people are very funny creatures. Smile with us. Laughter helps.
  • Integrity is not just about keeping your word… it’s about living life coherently. Maybe we don’t always do this, but let’s try to do it more often!
  • Being grateful helps us to open up to new things. Concentrate on what you have, not what you lack.
  • Strive, reach, try, fail, try again. Personal growth requires perseverance.
  • Finally, when the day is done, Go Home! Our work ethic is a life ethic; be present at work, and then be present in your personal lives. Be there.
